Kidney disease can progress quietly. Many people do not notice symptoms until the disease is already advanced. KAMPS promotes kidney screening awareness so high-risk people can understand their risk early and seek timely medical advice.

People at higher risk include those with diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, smoking history, long-term painkiller use, family history of kidney disease, previous acute kidney injury, nephritis or older age.

Screening guidance may include risk assessment and clinician-advised tests. Service availability can vary by location, so visitors should contact the nearest KAMPS center before visiting.
