Free Cleft Lip Operation
Cleft-lip operations are also a regular activity run by KAMPS every year. So far, more than 300 cleft-lip patients have received operations through KAMPS initiatives.
These operations are arranged with hospitals in Dhaka. Patients, along with their parents or guardians, are brought to Dhaka on a particular day. After staying in Dhaka for two to three days, patients receive operations and necessary care, and are later sent back home through KAMPS arrangements completely free of charge.
KAMPS works to prevent kidney disease through awareness, screening guidance, patient support, dialysis support at selected centers, and community health programs in Bangladesh.
