Cleft-lip operation is also a regular activity, run by the KAMPS every year. So far more than 300 cleft-lip patients have been operated through KAMPS initiative. This operation is also done through arrangement with some hospitals in Dhaka and the patients along with their parents or guardians are brought to Dhaka on a particular day. Keeping them in Dhaka for two to three days the patients are operated and given necessary care and later they are again sent back home through KAMPS arrangement completely free of charges.
